Role: Finance Production Assistant

Sector: Creative Agency

Location: Shoreditch, London

Permanent: Hybrid – 4 days in the office

Reporting To: MD and Group Financial Controller

Ref: VisionFR3054

VisionFR is delighted to assist a leading, award-winning creative agency in their search for a Finance Production Assistant. This is a new role bridging Finance and Production teams, working closely with Content, AV, and Design teams.

Finance Production Assistant Responsibilities Will Include:

• Setting up Users on Paprika
• Setting up new Customers
• Collaborating with producers to monitor job status
• Overseeing billings – creating and submitting invoices
• Weekly review of timesheet entries, ensuring accuracy and following up on missing info
• Monitoring all live jobs and hours
• Checking large jobs with significant hours for part billing
• Working on multi-asset campaigns to calculate hours, overages, and preparing cost summaries for clients
• Tracking direct costs and billing clients promptly
• Chasing clients for payments
• Setting up new Supplier accounts
• Maintaining month-end Purchase Order reports
• Managing exchange rates across currencies
• Overseeing VAT compliance across countries
• Running reports from software as needed

Key Attributes Required:

• Experience in billing/finance within a Creative Agency, preferably in a similar role
• Confident stakeholder communication
• Proficiency in Paprika software and Excel
• Attention to detail
• Problem-solving skills and initiative
• Excellent organizational skills
