What's the role?
In this role, you support the development of a strategy for the order-to-cash function, which includes people development, performance management, system utilization, automation, risk mitigation, compliance, and community management. What does the role involve?
You will coordinate the development and implementation ofour order-to-cash strategy. What you need is:
  • A bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field, and/or other globally recognized financial qualifications such as ACA, ACCA, CPA, CMA, etc.; a master's degree is an added advantage
  • Experience of at least five years in leading vision/strategy development, project methodologies, and operational excellence to ensure lean operations; competence to educate, inspire and train employees
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for effective communication and strong stakeholder management at all levels in a global matrix environment. Proven ability in stakeholder management and a proactive hands-on approach
  • Strong grasp of the tools used for marketing automation, experimentation, personalization, attribution, and analytics
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; German proficiency is a bonus
  • Geographically mobile, open to joining our team in Milan, Manchester or Kuala Lumpur
