We are currently looking for a Finance Process Improvement Lead (RtR) within our Finance Centre of Excellence based in Glasgow. The Finance Process Improvement Lead will support identification, prioritisation, and delivery of process improvements across the Aggreko R2R processes and operate as a key part of the Finance Centre of Excellence team.

What you’ll do:
  • Support the identification, quantification, prioritisation, design, and implementation of improvements in people, processes, and technology.
  • Assist the Global Process Owner with implementing the process vision, including process design, policy development, technology enablement, and global rollout.
  • Collaborate with BPO and Regional Finance teams to identify pragmatic solutions, leading on design, documentation, and implementation.
  • Undertake change management activities to embed process, people, and system changes from the Finance Roadmap.
  • Manage the RTR SOPs and governance around changes, ensuring effective communication.
  • Support the GPO R2R in meeting service management expectations from third-party BPO and Aggreko.
Skills and experience:
  • Experience in finance process transformation, record to report, or FP&A roles.
  • Proven track record in redesigning and embedding Record to Report processes with best-in-class standards.
  • Good understanding of finance master data and relevant business systems.
  • Experience in change projects, including resource management, budgeting, communication, and governance.
