Job Description:

This international law firm is currently recruiting for a Practice Development Lawyer to join its highly regarded Finance team. The firm is open to location, and the role can be based in either Aberdeen, Edinburgh, or Glasgow office. The team handles a variety of financial matters, including structured finance, debt capital markets, receivables finance, securitisation, project finance, and more.

The primary objective of this role is to work as an integral member of the Finance PDL team, delivering high-quality know-how, guidance, and training internally and externally. The goal is to enhance the team’s expertise and reputation, enabling lawyers and clients to develop their finance practice and build client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years’ PQE, preferably with a background in real estate finance or social housing. Training will be provided if needed. Candidates with a general financial background will also be considered. Individuals seeking part-time work are welcome to apply.
