Job summary

Bentley is offering an Industrial Placement in its Finance function at the Crewe headquarters. You will split time between Financial Planning and Financial Accounting, learning two distinct areas and contributing to key financial processes.

Based in Crewe with a hybrid work arrangement, the role targets students with a 2:1 in Finance/Accounting or Business and offers mentorship, development workshops, and a strong early careers community, including 35 days holiday and a 10% pension contribution.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in any Finance/Accounting or Business degree.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the finance team to support month, quarter, and year-end close activities; ensure reporting systems are up-to-date.
• Collate Finance reporting packs with inputs from other Finance teams; assist in distribution.
• Drive and support ongoing process improvement programs to improve finance processes and reporting accuracy.
