Job summary

Bentley is offering an Industrial Placement in Crewe for Finance students as part of our Early Careers intake. Based at our Crewe headquarters, you will split time between the Financial Planning and Financial Accounting teams, gaining hands-on experience in two key areas and supporting month-end close activities.

You will be mentored by Finance professionals, contribute to reporting and compliance, and enjoy benefits including a £25,500 starting salary, 35 days' holiday, 10% pension, and

Qualifications

• The successful candidates will be on track to achieve a 2:1 in the following degrees: Any Finance/Accounting or Business degree.
• Strong time management and teamwork abilities are essential.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Previous business-related experience is desirable but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the finance team to support month, quarter, and year-end close activities.
• Collate Finance reporting packs and coordinate inputs from other teams.
• Drive process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
