Pineapple Recruitment Ltd is partnering with a global manufacturing business in Worcestershire to recruit a Finance Business Partner focusing on Projects & Costings. You will own standard costing, cost rolls, and BOM routing integrity while partnering with Project Managers on budgets and cost-to-complete estimates.

The role requires strong cost accounting expertise, ERP experience (JDE preferred, SAP or similar is good), and a degree in Finance or Accounting with professional qualifications

Qualifications

• Proven cost accounting and inventory management experience in manufacturing.
• Experience partnering with non-finance teams to improve cost transparency.
• Degree in Finance or Accounting; professional qualifications preferred.

Responsabilités

• Own standard costing processes, inventory valuation, and cost rolls.
• Lead monthly job cost reviews, monitor budgets and COA variances.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to operations and leadership.
• Drive continuous improvement in costing/reporting workflows.
