Job summary

Worldpay, part of Global Payments Inc., is looking for a Senior Commercial Finance Manager/Partner to join the Enterprise Finance Partner Team in the UK. This role partners with the North America commercial team and wider sales organization to drive financial growth and insights across the enterprise business.

Qualifications

• Qualified Accountant with 7+ years experience in a Commercial Finance function.
• Experience in leading a small team with the desire to lead a larger team.
• Strong financial modelling and commercial acumen with ability to evaluate financial impact of business decisions.
• Commercial acumen with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to maintain effective working relationships.
• Strong focus on problem solving and ownership to drive results.
• Attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
• Experience within Payments/Fintech industry preferable.

Responsibilities

• Lead Finance Partner to North America region and wider sales organization.
• Own the commercial finance forecast/analytics for the North America business and sales organization.
• Influence key business decisions and provide critique and challenge plans for market expansion, RFPs, and strategic directions of tier one accounts.
• Leverage financial expertise to support regional decisions.
• Lead strategic and financial planning processes (Monthly/Quarterly Reviews, Budget, Forecasts).
• Provide executive level analysis of performance and develop KPIs with actionable insights.
• Commercially analyse portfolio performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Continuously identify opportunities for optimisation.
• Become a trusted partner to the business.
• Lead 2-3 finance partners/analysts.
