Job summary

Worldpay is seeking a Senior Finance Analyst to join the Enterprise FP&A team in London. You will own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting and performance analysis for regional markets, building robust models and delivering timely insights that drive business decisions.

This role partners with Accounting and the wider finance team, leading month-end analysis, supporting the annual plan, and mentoring junior staff as regional consolidation expands.

Qualifications

• Qualified CIMA or equivalent accounting qualification.
• Experience in performance analysis and financial forecasting.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint with modelling experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance/economics or a numerate discipline.
• Experience in a fast-paced, complex industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end forecasting, budgeting and analysis for regional markets.
• Develop regional and consolidation financial models to improve forecast accuracy.
• Prepare timely, reliable financial reporting and insights for business objectives.
• Assist Enterprise-wide analysis and reporting processes.
• Lead the annual budget/plan process and month-end close analyses.
• Collaborate with Accounting on close queries and issue resolution.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to influence outcomes.
• Drive continuous improvement and mentor junior team members.
