Job summary

Bupa in Brighton is seeking an analytical Finance Operations Reporting & MI Analyst to transform operational finance data into meaningful business intelligence that supports senior leaders.

You will own the reporting suite, develop Power BI dashboards, deliver monthly packs, and work with stakeholders to define requirements and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Strong Power BI experience with dashboard development and automation.
• Experience with finance, operational or performance reporting data.
• Working knowledge of PL/SQL or SQL for data interrogation.
• Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management with senior teams.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Developing and enhancing Power BI dashboards that provide insights into Finance Operations performance.
• Producing monthly reporting packs for operational leaders and the Executive Committee.
• Analyzing trends in collections, debt, liabilities, cash flow and operations.
• Translating business needs into MI solutions by collaborating with stakeholders.
• Using PL/SQL to investigate data queries and validate outputs.
• Delivering ad hoc analysis to support decisions and continuous improvement.
• Maintaining and optimising existing reporting solutions as requirements evolve.
