Job summary

IFRS Foundation in London seeks a Head of Finance Operations for an 18-month fixed-term contract to lead the modernisation of AP, AR and Payroll. You will design a scalable, compliant operating model and drive automation, control improvements and timely service delivery across global finance teams.

Reporting to the Deputy CFO, you will establish SLAs, KPIs and partner with HR, Procurement and IT to deliver a robust finance function.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting or Business Operations desirable.
• Extensive experience leading Finance Operations (AP, AR or Payroll).
• Experience managing multi-location, multi-currency finance operations and delivering to strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end AP, AR and Payroll operations and teams.
• Develop and monitor SLAs and KPIs for service delivery.
• Drive process improvement, automation and standardisation.
• Ensure regulatory and internal policy compliance.
• Collaborate with IT and system providers on ERP improvements.
