As finance operations lead, you manage a team responsible for annual payments of approximately £250m through accounts payable, receivable, cash management and banking. Your work supports the delivery of justice by ensuring we meet financial obligations to suppliers, witnesses and staff accurately and on time.
You report to the head of finance systems and operations – providing leadership, operational oversight and expert guidance to drive continuous improvement and increase efficiency. You maintain effective internal controls and provide sound governance to comply with HM Treasury regulations, manage financial risk and prevent fraud.
