St John Rigby College invites applications for a Director of Finance and Operations to lead financial strategy and governance across the college. The role is full-time, 36.25 hours per week, with a salary of £65-75K and a pattern of 8:30 a.m.

- 4:30 p.m., Monday to Friday. You will provide financial leadership, develop financial management across departments, and ensure legal and statutory obligations are met while contributing to sustainable growth in line with the Strategic Development Plan.

Formación

• Membership/Chartered status of a professional accounting body
• Confidence to challenge and influence decision makers
• Skilled at translating complex financial data into clear insights
• Experience, evidenced by a robust track record of success
• Experience of strategic leadership within the education sector beneficial
