Job summary

Society of Antiquaries of Scotland is seeking a Finance & Operations Officer to manage day-to-day financial processing, HR administration and operational coordination. The role provides essential support across finance, HR and operations and works closely with the Finance Manager to maintain controls and assist compliance.

The postholder liaises with all areas of the Society and helps produce reports and documentation for the Finance, Audit and Risk Committee and Council, under line management

Qualifications

• Experience in managing financial records and transactions.
• Experience with HR administration processes.
