Mondrian Alpha is partnering with a renowned European tech seed Venture Capital firm to hire a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance, Operations & Compliance Associate for their lean, high-performing London team.

This is a broad and dynamic role with direct exposure to senior leadership. You’ll be involved across the full operational spectrum—from investor relations and KYC/onboarding to fund reporting, compliance oversight, and internal finance/bookkeeping. With significant ownership and visibility, you’ll play a key role in ensuring the firm runs smoothly as they continue deploying their latest fund. You’ll be managing document execution processes and serve as a systems administrator across multiple key platforms. Additionally, you will be the key point of contact for a range of high-profile LPs, gaining experience directly interfacing with investors and supporting fundraises and distributions, offering a rare opportunity for high-level exposure early in your career.

The ideal candidate has 2-4 years of experience within a VC fund, fund-of-funds, or GP-LP structure and is eager to grow in a fast-paced, intellectually stimulating environment.
