Overview

You will provide organized administrative support to the Modern Slavery team. Following directions from the Finance & Operations Team Manager, this will include assisting with all administrative processes including database procedures, data input, financial records, monthly reports, and admin support for recruitment processes and referral pathways. We keep our interview process simple, so you know exactly what to expect.

Responsibilities
  • Support recruitment processes as part of the team, including administrative tasks for shortlisting, candidate communication, and coordinating interviews.
  • Assist with financial records, data input, and monthly reporting, and maintain accurate records in case management systems.
  • Provide general administrative support to ensure smooth service delivery and data accuracy.
  • Coordinate and support other administrative processes and referral pathways as required by the team.
  • Follow directions from the Finance & Operations Team Manager and adhere to internal policies and safeguarding requirements.
Qualifications
  • Experience with financial processes and case management systems.
  • Ability to deliver training to new staff, particularly on administrative duties and processes.
  • Highly competent in MS Office, with intermediate Excel skills.
  • Strong knowledge of clerical and administrative procedures such as filing, record keeping, and general office management.
  • Sound understanding of safeguarding issues and the ability to address them appropriately, ensuring safe and effective working practices.
  • Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to support both colleagues and wider service delivery.
