We’re seeking a Vice President to join our Information Security and Supplier Risk team within Finance Risk and Assurance. The role involves acting as a Finance Single Point of Contact ('SPOC') and being a key escalation point for Service Owners/Requestors and stakeholders.

In the Finance division, we partner with global business units to provide management, review, analysis, and advisory services related to the Firm’s financial and capital resources. This Vice President position oversees operational risk, third-party/outsourcing risk, validation and testing of financial and regulatory reports, and reinforcement of regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with colleagues across Finance and the Firm.
  2. Lead significant deliverables, utilizing advanced understanding of Finance functions, products, or client segments.
  3. Identify emerging risks and develop mitigation strategies.
  4. Model and promote the Firm's values and standards.
  5. Manage the implementation of Firm-wide Third Party Risk Management policies and review policy exceptions.
  6. Serve as escalation point for risk issues identified during due diligence or control assessments.
  7. Guide Finance stakeholders on Risk Acceptances and residual risk assessments.
  8. Participate in governance forums related to Third Party Risk management.
Qualifications:
  1. Deep understanding of Finance functions, products, or client segments, and industry knowledge.
  2. Strong communication skills for engaging with stakeholders and senior management.
  3. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  4. Ability to challenge processes and suggest improvements.
