We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to support the Finance Operations Accountant in ensuring the accuracy of the trial balance. This role involves managing automated data feeds, preparing manual journal entries, and maintaining ledger integrity.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Produce monthly numbers and trial balance reports by managing system feeds and manual journals, working with Accounts Payable.
  2. Reconcile balance sheet accounts and investigate reconciling items.
  3. Contribute to process improvements and assist in implementing changes to financial reporting, systems, or procedures.
  4. Maintain adherence to the Quilter control framework.
  5. Support external audit processes.
  6. Build and maintain strong partnerships within the finance team to share best practices.
