Description

Finance Officer

Hours: 21 per week

Location: Hybrid Norwich

Salary: £24,000 pro rata per annum

Job Purpose

We are looking for an organised, motivated, and efficient finance officer, who wishes to join our small and friendly finance team, to assist in the management of the day-to-day accounting functions, ensuring financial records are maintained accurately and deadlines are met, to support the vital services we deliver to people affected by domestic abuse across Norfolk and Suffolk.

Essential Requirements

AAT level 3 or equivalent (or working towards)

Experience of invoicing and making BACS payments.

A firm understanding of Credit Control

Excellent Microsoft Word and Excel IT skills

Good communication skills

Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team

Ability to meet deadlines

Excellent organisational skills

Full UK driving license and ability to travel.

This role will be subject to DBS clearance checks.
