Office-based position in Bromley offering an hourly rate of £19–£20 and a pathway to permanent employment. The successful candidate will join a supportive finance team and contribute to month‑end tasks

Qualifications

• Experience in Finance Officer, Accounts Assistant or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of purchase and sales ledgers and reconciliations.
• Proficient in finance systems and Excel; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Process purchase ledger invoices; match, batch and code.
• Administer sales ledger and credit control; raise invoices.
• Process supplier payments and payment runs.
• Perform bank reconciliations and cash flow monitoring.
• Assist with month‑end / year‑end procedures and journals.
• Support payroll reconciliation and fixed asset records.
• Produce management reports; liaise with stakeholders.
