We're expanding our Service Charge team and seeking an additional Finance Officer to manage and administer the service charge process for our rental, shared ownership, and leasehold customers. You will also play a key role in integrating our current rent and service charge processes into new, improved workflows.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, has a keen eye for detail, and is passionate about delivering excellent service to internal and external customers.
You will be responsible for producing accurate rent and service charge data and supporting the delivery and improvement of our processes. You’ll contribute to integrating rent and service charge activities with our new systems. Providing excellent customer service via written communication, phone, and face-to-face interactions is essential, as you'll act as an ambassador for Abri.
We are looking for someone with a solid understanding of service charges and housing finance, capable of managing a busy and varied workload confidently and positively. Strong communication, organizational skills, and a proactive attitude are important. You should also be comfortable suggesting improvements to our processes.
