Job summary

The Bishop Fraser Trust is seeking a Finance Officer for one of its Bolton schools. You will support day-to-day financial operations and work closely with the Trust Finance Lead to ensure accuracy, efficiency and compliance with Trust procedures.

We require experience in finance or accounting, strong organisation and good communication with suppliers and colleagues. The role is 37 hours per week, permanent, all year round, with 25 days leave and CPS support.

Qualifications

• Experience in finance or accounting.
• Confident in managing financial records and data.
• Excellent communicator with colleagues, suppliers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive financial support in line with the Academies Financial Handbook.
• Collaborate with the Trust Finance Lead and central finance team to ensure accurate, efficient transactions.
