JOB SUMMARY

The postholder will be a member of the Financial Services Team with specific responsibilities relating to the Financial Assessments Function.

The postholder will be responsible for organizing and controlling a specific block of work, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of all financial transactions related to clients in residential/nursing homes. They will also resolve problems through analysis and experience.

The role includes collating activity data upon request for clients in residential/nursing homes.

The postholder will supervise staff to ensure key priorities and deadlines are met.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • An HNC/D (finance related) or equivalent plus 1 year's relevant experience in a finance department.
  • OR
  • 3 years recent relevant experience in a finance department at Band 3 or equivalent.

Relevant experience includes working in an office in a financial environment, making payments, receipting cash, assisting with account preparation, or reconciling bank accounts.
