Job summary

The Royal Marsden Cancer Charity is seeking a Finance Officer (Income) to ensure accurate recording, reconciliation and reporting of income streams. You will manage monthly reconciliations, prepare journals, and support Gift Aid accounting, collaborating with Finance, Data and Fundraising teams to allocate income to funds.

You will contribute to robust financial controls and gain broad experience in charity accounting, with a focus on accuracy, efficiency and impact of donations.

Qualifications

• Experience in charity accounting and income reconciliation.
• Working towards a finance qualification.
• Strong Excel skills and data accuracy.
• Ability to handle large volumes of financial data.

Responsibilities

• Manage the monthly income reconciliation process.
• Prepare income journals and support Gift Aid accounting.
