Job summary

RNN Group is seeking a Finance Officer at the Rotherham Campus to join a supportive, fast-paced finance team. You will manage day-to-day sales and purchase ledgers, cashier tasks, and help ensure accuracy across financial processes.

Ideal candidates have Level 2 GCSEs in English and Maths, strong IT skills, and a careful eye for detail. This permanent, full-time role offers a salary of £27,330 per annum plus benefits and opportunities for development within the finance function.

Qualifications

• Level 2 GCSE English and Maths (grade C/4 or above).
• Strong IT skills and adaptability with finance systems.
• Background in finance, business administration, or education sector is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day sales and purchase ledgers and cashier tasks.
• Own the finance, sales ledger and subsidiary inboxes and support internal colleagues and suppliers.
• Assist with audit preparation and year-end activities.
• Maintain accurate, confidential financial records and data integrity.
