What You'll Be Doing:

As a key player in our Finance team, you'll:

  • Manage purchase ledgers, resolving queries with insurers and internal teams.
  • Ensure invoices are paid accurately and on time.
  • Reconcile bank and supplier accounts, maintaining a clean and compliant audit trail.
  • Support the company's compliance with FCA regulations.
  • Oversee credit card and expense procedures with accuracy and care.
  • Be alert to any discrepancies and act quickly to resolve them.
  • Work closely with stakeholders across the business to ensure finance supports our broader strategic goals.

  • At least 4 years' experience in a similar finance role.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced professional services environment.
  • Proficiency in Excel (intermediate level a must).
