Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Finance Officer, Accounts Assistant, or Finance Assistant.
• Experience in both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable.
• Strong reconciliation and administration skills.
• Good knowledge of Excel and finance systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage purchase ledger processes and supplier payments.
• Maintain the sales ledger and support credit control activities.
• Process invoices and allocate payments.
• Perform bank reconciliations.
• Complete supplier statement reconciliations.
• Investigate and resolve finance-related queries.
• Assist with payment runs and cash management.
• Support month-end reporting and financial administration.
• Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures.
