Job Advert: Finance Officer – Havering

We are excited to announce an opportunity for a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join the Trust’s Central Services Team, based at our Academy in Havering. This is a part-time, permanent position starting in September 2025, ideal for someone looking to make a real impact in a supportive and professional environment.

Position: Finance Officer
Location: Havering
Start Date: September 2025
Contract: Part-time, Permanent
Hours: 22.5 hours per week, 42 weeks per year
Salary: £20,089 - £21,910 actual (Grade 5, Spinal Point 18-24 | FTE £34,416-£37,536, Inclusive of Outer London Weighting)

As a Finance Officer, you will be an integral member of our central finance team, supporting the financial operations of our schools within the Havering area. You will be based at our Romford academy but will play a key role in Trust-wide financial planning, reporting, and compliance.

The ideal candidate will have:
