Responsibilities

• Manage sales and purchase ledgers, monitor outstanding invoices, and prepare bank payments for approval.
• Record all bank transactions, reconcile monthly bank accounts, petty cash and supplier statements.
• Prepare monthly payroll, account for payroll costs, liabilities, and staff expense claims.
• Perform monthly financial adjustments, including accruals, prepayments and income deferrals.
• Draft VAT returns, post VAT journals, and submit monthly Gift Aid claims.
• Support finance team goals, assist senior staff with financial queries, improve processes and aid in audit preparation.

Candidates looking for 4 days per week can also be considered.
