Job Description

Duties for the Finance Officer:

• Manage and process invoices, payments, and receipts efficiently.
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports as required.
• Reconcile bank accounts and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting.
• Provide support for audits and ensure compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with the wider team to streamline financial processes.
• Handle petty cash and monitor expenditure.
• Ensure timely and accurate communication with stakeholders regarding financial matters.
• Aspects of AR and AP.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Finance Officer should have:

• Experience in accounting or finance roles within a fast paced environment.
