Job summary

Allkind seeks a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our charity team in London. You will support day-to-day financial operations, process invoices and payments, maintain accurate records and assist with reporting, working in a collaborative environment.

This role offers hybrid-working (37.5 hours per week), opportunities for learning and development, and cycle-to-work support. Ideal candidates will have finance experience, Excel skills, and be studying towards an AAT qualification, with

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for distribution of all invoices to the relevant budget holders for authorization, checking coding on invoices and posting transactions relating to the purchase ledger and the sales ledger in accordance with finance procedures and timescales.
• Perform company bank accounts reconciliation.
• Be posting and reconciling housing income.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organised Finance Officer to join our team at Allkind. You will support our day-to-day financial operations, including processing invoices and payments, maintaining accurate financial records, reconciling bank accounts and assisting with financial reporting. The ideal candidate will have relevant finance or accounting experience, Excel skills and the ability to work accurately and meet deadlines. You will:
