A leading housing association, are seeking a Finance Officer (Service Charges) to join their friendly and supportive finance team. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for:

  • Monitoring and controlling costs related to service charges, including monthly accruals and prepayments
  • Accurately allocating large contract costs across numerous estates
  • Providing specialist support and guidance to the service charge team
  • Utilizing finance systems to ensure service charge data is processed efficiently

The ideal candidate will have:

  • At least started their AAT or ACCA qualification, with a strong numerical and analytical skillset
  • Experience in a transactional finance role, ideally within the housing or property management sector
  • A keen eye for detail and the ability to work autonomously
  • A customer-focused approach and the desire to continuously improve processes

In return, this role offers a competitive salary of £28,617 - £35,771 (depending on experience), as well as the opportunity for study support and flexible/hybrid working. You'll also be joining a values-driven organisation that truly puts its customers first.
