  • Perform regular bank reconciliations and support with cash management and banking runs
  • Assist with monthly and year-end processes, including journal postings and balance sheet reconciliations
  • Help maintain accurate financial records and support audits as needed
  • Liaise with internal teams and external suppliers to resolve queries professionally and efficiently

About you:

  • At least one year’s experience in a finance role following graduation
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numerical skills
  • Confident user of Excel and finance systems
  • Clear communicator with good interpersonal skills – comfortable liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
  • A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Interested in pursuing a chartered accounting qualification (e.g. ACCA, CIMA)

This is a brilliant opportunity for someone looking to grow within a mission-led organisation, gain experience across the full finance cycle, and take the next step towards a professional qualification.
