1. Chase outstanding invoices.
2. Investigate invoice queries, liaising with internal stakeholders to find solutions.
3. Work with Xero Accounting Software to reconcile payments on all bank accounts/credit cards/petty cash.
4. Create sales invoices and credit notes.
5. Post supplier invoices and arrange payments.
6. Pay cheques into the bank.
7. Take card payments.
8. Post expenses.
9. Set up and manage direct debit mandates.
10. Provide financial information to colleagues.
11. Deal with client money in line with regulations.
