Are you a multitasker who s good with numbers and a love for keeping things organised? Planmeca UK , the UK branch of the world s largest privately held dental equipment manufacturer is on the lookout for a Finance & Office Administrator to join our friendly, close-knit team in Coventry.Full time and part time hours (25 hours a week minimum) are available.

  • Ability to be organised and manage your own workload like a pro
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus, but not a deal-breaker
  • A proactive mindset, you spot what needs doing and get stuck in
What You ll Be Doing
  • Processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
  • Creating sales invoices
  • Reconciling supplier accounts and creating payment runs
  • Updating the fixed asset register and managing disposals
  • Coordinating employee expense claims
  • Posting daily bank transactions and reconciling accounts weekly
  • Keeping on top of credit control and customer follow-ups
  • Handling mail, answering calls, and managing correspondence
  • Managing holiday records and keeping internal calendars up to date
  • Filing and organising documents both digital and physical
  • Pitching in with general office tasks whenever needed
