What We re Looking For
- A positive attitude and a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Great communication skills; you re confident chatting with teammates, customers, and suppliers
- Ability to be organised and manage your own workload like a pro
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus, but not a deal-breaker
- A proactive mindset, you spot what needs doing and get stuck in
What You ll Be Doing
- Processing invoices, receipts, and other financial documents
- Creating sales invoices
- Reconciling supplier accounts and creating payment runs
- Updating the fixed asset register and managing disposals
- Coordinating employee expense claims
- Posting daily bank transactions and reconciling accounts weekly
- Keeping on top of credit control and customer follow-ups
- Handling mail, answering calls, and managing correspondence
- Managing holiday records and keeping internal calendars up to date
- Filing and organising documents both digital and physical
- Pitching in with general office tasks whenever needed
