Contract Opportunity: Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant – MDM & Data Migration Lead

Location: Bristol, UK (1/2 days a week office based)

Engagement Type: Fixed Term Contract

Start Date: ASAP

Stanton House is partnering with a high-profile organisation to recruit an experienced Oracle Fusion Financials Consultant, focusing on Master Data Management (MDM), data migration, and system integration.

This role is crucial within a major ERP transformation programme. You will own MDM delivery, lead data migration and integration efforts, and serve as the main contact point within the finance system implementation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the MDM team within the ERP project
• Prioritize workload and manage team deliverables to meet project timelines
• Act as the main point of contact for the MDM team, engaging with internal stakeholders and SI partner
• Lead planning, execution, and monitoring of master data migration activities
• Collaborate with the SI partner for seamless transition to Oracle Fusion
• Develop and implement data integration strategies for system interoperability
• Drive data validation, reconciliation, and quality control across master data domains

Support on Oracle Fusion Financials:

• Assist with cutover, RBAC security, data reconciliation, and testing
• Create validation and reconciliation reports using OTBI, BI Publisher, and Smart View

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience leading MDM teams in large ERP projects
• Knowledge of Oracle Fusion Financials Cloud
• Experience with data migration and integration from legacy systems
• Hands-on Oracle expertise
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience working with SI partners and managing cross-functional teams
• Public sector experience is a plus
