Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

• Build financial and operational analyses to influence senior leadership decisions.
• Use metrics and models to forecast and identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams, providing financial support and challenge.
• Develop financial and operational plans aligned with business priorities.
• Support onboarding and training of new team members.
• Maintain tools to standardize processes across EU teams.

Daily Activities

You will analyze data, build financial models, and identify efficiencies. Your insights will support decision-making, requiring independence and collaboration with various teams. Occasional travel to sites may be necessary.

About the Team

Customer Fulfillment is at the core of Amazon, handling over 1.5 million orders daily. Our team manages dynamic inventory and ensures speedy deliveries, working in Fulfillment Centers that are central to our logistics network.

Minimum Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders in finance roles.
• Proficiency with Excel, Python, SQL, or Tableau.
• Financial modeling experience.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced degree such as CA, CMA, MBA.
• Experience in fast-paced environments and large teams.
• Ability to communicate complex info to senior stakeholders.
