Responsibilities

• Oversee CTSI fiscal operations and daily financial transactions.
• Monitor budgets and perform reconciliations; provide variance analyses.
• Produce financial reports and visuals; present to senior leadership.
• Develop forecasting assumptions; support strategic planning.
• Manage payroll, HR reconciliation, and compliance with regulations.
• Coordinate with departments and external partners on grants and subawards.
• Prepare NIH/NCATS CTSA reports; participate in CTSA groups.
