Finance Manager – Transactions | West Kent, Hybrid | £60k

We’re working with a well-established and values-driven organisation to find a talented Finance Manager in this newly created role. This is a fantastic opportunity for a qualified finance professional to take ownership of accounts payable, accounts receivable, and banking operations in a dynamic and supportive environment.

Role

This role is central to ensuring the accuracy, efficiency, and compliance of financial operations across the business. You’ll lead a small team and oversee key processes that support healthy cash flow, strong supplier and customer relationships, and audit readiness.

Responsibilities
  • Leading the AP and AR functions, ensuring timely processing and reconciliation.
  • Overseeing banking operations and cashbook management.
  • Ensuring VAT compliance and accurate tax accounting.
  • Driving continuous improvement and system optimisation.
  • Supporting internal and external audits.
  • Coaching and developing team members.
