Job summary

PwC Birmingham is seeking a Finance Manager within the Tax FP&A Finance team to drive budgeting, forecasting and decision support for a £900m revenue business. You will partner with the Finance Director, LoSCFAO and senior stakeholders to deliver robust planning, commercial insight and governance across multiple business units.

The role focuses on financial modelling, performance analytics and cross‑team collaboration, with leadership of junior staff and opportunities to leverage AI-enabled

Qualifications

• Professionally qualified accountant with strong budgeting, forecasting and modelling experience.
• Ability to translate complex financial data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders.
• Experience in governance, month-end reporting and cost management.

Responsibilities

• Support financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes with robust analysis.
• Manage national cost base and collaborate with operations to improve forecasting accuracy.
• Deliver management information and scenario modelling for strategic initiatives.
• Lead and develop junior team members while enhancing FP&A processes.
