Job summary

Dandara Living is seeking a Finance Manager to lead management accounts, budgets, forecasts and cost control across Strategic Land and Housebuilding divisions in the UK. You will work with the Finance Director, land buyers and planning teams to deliver robust financial analysis and ensure strong governance and commercial insight.

You will drive WIP monitoring, revenue recognition, and balance sheet reconciliation, provide ad hoc analysis to senior management, and help optimise financial

Qualifications

• Experience as Finance Manager or Management Accountant in housebuilding or property development.
• Strong Excel and financial modelling skills; COINS experience advantageous.
• Proactive, commercially-minded with ability to translate data into insights for non-finance colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly management accounts (P&L, balance sheet, cashflow) with commentary.
• Produce development cost reports, forecasts and cashflow projections for sites.
• Assist with annual budgets and regular forecasts with land and planning teams.
• Provide financial support to Land and Planning and monitor WIP, revenue recognition.
• Ensure internal controls and assist year-end audit and statutory accounts.
