We are seeking a Finance Manager for our LatAm team in the Glasgow office. This role requires fluency in Spanish, Portuguese, and English. As part of the Shared Service Centre for Reconciliations, you will manage a team of Onshore & Offshore members and report to the Head of Finance Shared Service Delivery. You will be responsible for ensuring the completion of the reconciliation process on the Blackline system in line with the Global Policy.A key part of this role is working with a variety of LatAm regions’ local finance areas to complete finance reconciliation processes.You will be a key point of contact for both the local finance areas within LatAm and the Offshore team.
The successful candidate will be required to be a self-starter, with strong communication and analytical skills.Ideally you will have a sound understanding of excel and have relevant finance experience.You will be expected to be assertive in following up and seeking resolution of queries and issues.Strong communication skills are a must.
