Job Title: Finance Manager Reporting FP&A

As a Finance Manager Reporting FP&A, you will own and drive all regional coordination in P&L reporting. Your role involves continuously providing insights and helping to deliver accurate forecasting to key business stakeholders with confidence and credibility, reflecting the depth of work delivered, your style, and overall approach.

Here is an overview of your responsibilities:

• Deliver monthly performance vs. budget reporting for division leadership, focusing on driving accountability for results and understanding drivers, risks, and opportunities.
• Partner with accounting to understand closing variances and deliver commentary/bridging analysis on variance drivers.
• Serve as the key contact for central/corporate team queries regarding performance.
• Enhance understanding of division cash flow generation.
• Support intercompany coordination and transfer pricing.
• Coordinate forecast and budget cycle timelines, ensuring timely delivery and accountability.
• Drive continuous improvement in accounting accuracy by account or nature.
• Manage division chart-of-accounts, including cost centre mapping and accounting system mapping.

Qualifications:

• Finance degree with strong financial and analytical accounting skills
• Fluent in English
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint
• Self-managed with a high degree of autonomy
• Attention to detail
• Strong commercial acumen
• Excellent communication skills
