Job summary

Echobox is seeking a commercially driven Finance Manager to lead finance, investor reporting and FinOps in a fast-scaling AI business. The role offers remote work from the UK with direct exposure to the CEO and leadership team.

You will own the finance function end-to-end, drive forecasting, reporting, and business-wide decision-support while ensuring financial controls, scalability and compliance in a high-growth environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Finance Manager in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in SaaS, technology, or high-growth businesses.
• Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
• Deep understanding of SaaS metrics and FinOps.
• Advanced Excel skills.
• Experience with Xero/HubSpot.
• Degree 2:1 or above.

Responsibilities

• Own the full finance function including management accounts, month-end close and quarterly reporting.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Build and maintain robust financial models and provide insightful reporting.
• Manage R&D tax credit claims and EMI stock options processing.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and cost controls for scalability.
• Collaborate with CEO and cross-functional teams on pricing and procurement.

Following the successful launch of our latest products, we are preparing to release new features in the coming quarters and continue expanding our commercial team as we scale.The Role We are seeking a commercially driven and operationally hands-on Finance Manager to lead finance, investor reporting, and financial operations in a fast-scaling AI business. This is a highly visible role working directly with the CEO, combining strategic finance, operational oversight, and cross-functional leadership.
