This is a role within a London-based high-end property investment and management business that has a large portfolio of live projects in the UK. The company is looking to expand its in-house functions to meet the growing demand of its business.

Role Overview

Reporting to the Finance Director, this newly created position will also have exposure to the Operations Director, providing broad experience for candidates eager to develop their skills.

Responsibilities
  • Management or reporting for a portfolio of projects
  • Ownership of the management reporting process
  • Creation and delivery of budgets and forecasts
  • Production of year-end accounts
  • Collaborating with the commercial team on cash flow and project delivery
Candidate Requirements

Qualified with experience or exposure to the construction or property development sector, either through direct work or client interactions. Motivated to take control of a function long-term and grow a team. The company offers a hybrid working model.
