Qualifications

• Demonstrated post qualified experience in finance.
• Experience within the private credit industry is essential.
• Solid understanding of key financial instruments and debt-related accounting concepts.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for private credit vehicles.
• Support the preparation of statutory financial statements (UK GAAP/IFRS).
• Perform loan-level reconciliations and interest accrual calculations.
• Liaise with external administrators and auditors for high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute to cash management and processing capital activity.
• Assist with compliance and regulatory filings (FCA, tax, AIFMD).
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve reporting.
