The fund has seen significant growth over the past year and is in the midst of a highly successful fundraising phase, with further expansion planned. This role has been created in response to increased activity and growing complexity across the group. Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain financial records for several UK entities, including investment management companies and SPVs
  • Cash flow forecasting
  • Preparation of the annual budget
  • Produce monthly management accounts and tailored business analysis
  • Oversight of the payroll process
  • Manage capital call processes and ensure appropriate fund expense recoveries
  • Prepare annual statutory accounts and liaise with auditors and tax advisers
  • Submit FCA regulatory returns and assist with broader group finance initiatives

Requirements

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, CA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Prior experience in a fund environment (preferably private credit or similar), with a solid understanding of the interaction between fund and corporate finance. Broader financial services experience will also be considered
  • Strong technical accounting skills, particularly around management accounts, statutory reporting, and intercompany reconciliations
  • Seeking a part-time position (3 days per week)
  • Comfortable working in a lean, fast-paced environment with a high degree of autonomy

Compensation is in the region of £70,000–85,000 (pro rata) plus an annual performance-based bonus and a wider benefits package.
