• Prepare & finalize financial statements and manage monthly close.
• Maintain accounting policies and internal controls.
• Oversee cash flow and liquidity.
• Conduct bank and intercompany reconciliations.
• Manage payroll, expenses, and pension administration.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and regulators.
• Support the creation of the business plan.
• Build the annual budget and set functional targets.
• Establish reporting framework and produce monthly management reports.
• Create cost-analysis framework and identify cost-optimisation opportunities.
