Job summary

KC Group seeks a Finance Manager to own the finance function and help build financial infrastructure for growth. You will lead a small team and partner with the MD and leadership group to drive decision-making with robust reporting.

Role focuses on cash flow visibility, rolling forecasts, budgeting and strong financial controls, with potential progression to Financial Controller as the business scales.

Qualifications

• Qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA), part-qualified or strong QBE candidates will be considered.
• Experience as Finance Manager, Financial Controller or equivalent.
• Background in a growing SME or entrepreneurial environment.
• Experience with product-based manufacturing or stock-led environments is advantageous.
• Ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Take overall ownership of the finance function, leading a small team and partnering with the MD and leadership team.
• Deliver accurate monthly management accounts with commentary on performance, risks and opportunities.
• Improve cash flow visibility; develop rolling forecasts, budgets, variance analysis and working capital management.
• Strengthen systems and processes; implement Unleashed with existing Xero systems.
