A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Finance Manager to join a well-established national charity on a part-time, fully remote basis. Offering a salary of £40,000 FTE (£24,000 actual) plus excellent benefits, this position is ideal for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in the third sector. Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee financial management including budget setting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Manage the external accountants and ensure accurate monthly reporting and reconciliations.
  • Monitor project budgets to ensure appropriate allocation of restricted/unrestricted funds.
  • Lead on the audit process and preparation of statutory accounts.
  • Provide financial insight and analysis to the CEO, Board, and wider team.
What Experience is Required
  • Previous finance experience within a charity, including managing restricted/unrestricted funds.
  • Accountancy qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CIPFA, AAT or equivalent).
  • Experience producing management accounts and supporting board-level financial decisions.

  • £40,000 FTE (£24,000 pro rata)

Location
